Your training mission is canceled as the target they have been tracking has eluded them. You unlock Case File. They find that he's between two coordinates and need you to find out where is using the Trackers GPS. You then use the Deckard to identify something in the location. You get the Data CD. You use the Sphere to decode it. You find out where he lives and you must use the Trinity to get his license plate. Then, you get the Access Card and unlock Trackers HQ.
